Furnished room - Queen bed, 2 bedside cabinets, in built wardrobe, two dressers and full length mirror - available to rent.I live in the flat however will be spending two months (May and June) in Wellington and am as such looking for a tenant to take care of the house for me while I will be gone.Flat is well kept and has all of the kitchen amenities you will need (except for a microwave). There is no TV in the flat.Public transport is a couple of minutes walk from the door as is an entrance to the incredible Cronwall Park.
There is copious amounts of on street parking.
There are three flats connected and we share a garden both in the front of the property and at the rear with an outdoor clothes line.Amenities include wifi, power, landline and water. Excess internet usage cost will be incurred by the tenant.No bond. Rent payments are expected one week in advance. Any damage expected to be paid by tenant.
On the weekends I am back in Auckland I will be sleeping in the spare room. I am friendly, enthusiastic and easy going.
