If you require furniture we can also provide a double bed, bedside drawers, tallboy, dressing table and bookcase. Rent per week: $220 plus $25 for water, power, gas. This extra-large double bedroom features big bay windows (with nice outlook and ambient light), double wardrobe and TV / internet connections. The room has its own heatpump. A large TV is mounted on the wall. Bedroom furniture is available if required. Rent per week: $240 plus $25 for water, power, gas. Broadband usage to be discussed, currently set to $3 per week per person.In our other rented bedrooms we currently have single long term professional flatmates. Ideal Flatmate: Single professional from mid 20's up looking for at least 6 months stay. No pets, kids or smokers. (note this is not a party house)
